We are a Vision Clinic with more than just your Eyes in
Mind. We strive to develop the best care for our
patients through visual training that focuses on
preventing poor visual functioning, enhancing visual
performance, and rehabilitating visual dysfunctions. We
do this by making sure the brain and eyes are working to
their maximum efficiency. |

Dr.
Carolanne Roach grew up in Oklahoma City. She obtained
her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at
Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. She then
moved to Memphis, TN where she graduated from Southern
College of Optometry. She chose to further her education
in optometry by participating in a residency program at
the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of
Optometry where she focused on Vision Training/Therapy,
Pediatric Vision Care, and Acquired/ Traumatic Brain
Injury Vision Care. |
| |
Dr. Roach’s interest in this specialized type of care
results from personal experience with her brother who
acquired a brain injury at birth. His brain injury
damaged one of his eye muscle nerves causing an eye turn
and head tilt. Because of this he struggled throughout
school and despite surgery still has visual
difficulties. |
| |
Dr. Roach is committed to continuing her education on a
regular basis and has attended a 100 hour seminar on
Vision and Learning Related Problems and how to treat
them with Vision Therapy given by Robert Sanet,
OD, FCOVD in San Diego, CA. |

Dr. Roach is a member of the American Optometric
Association (AOA),
Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians (OAOP),
